I request removal of srslte from unstable for the following reasons:
 * FTBFS since 2020
 * Not part of bullseye, bookworm or trixie
 * No reverse dependencies
 * Low popcon (0)
 * No maintainer upload since 2021
 * Requires changes for /usr-move transition
