Dear Maintainer,

The freediameter is too outdated from the upstream, the package provided 
by the debian project is 5 version older than upstream, so I can help on 
that.

As freediameter implements the diameter protocol it should be really 
important to keep it updated,

if the maintainer let me salvage the package I can propose the upload soon.
