Hi Thorsten,

This is a '3.0 (quilt)' package.

The old '1.0' packages are on the way out.

The 'include /usr/share/quilt/quilt.make'
a 'Build-Depends: quilt' are not needed anymore.

Please trim those to allow someday the final
removal of /usr/share/quilt/quilt.make.
