Package: portfolio-filemanager
Version: 0.9.8-1
Severity: serious
Tags: upstream
Justification: Policy 2.2.1

portfolio-filemanager is still a very new software that is not fit for
release. Upstream agrees with this and is expecting the software to
mature before it could be made part of a stable Debian release.

It has been accidentaly uploaded to unstable instead of
experimental.

This RC bug is created to prevent its transition to testing.
