[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] Updating vvmd and vvmplayer in Debian

As vvmd and vvmplayer were recently accepted into Debian, I was hoping to get the updated
versions uploaded into debian.

I already made MRs that should be correctly packaged, but someone else reviewing is
appreciated as well:
