This package Build-Depends on libhandy-0.0-dev, which has been superseded
by libhandy-1-dev (for GTK 3 applications) or by libadwaita (for GTK 4
applications, currently in NEW).

https://bugs.debian.org/991036 is a request for libhandy version 0 to be
removed from Debian before bookworm, so this might become release-critical
at some point in the future.

Newer versions in upstream git seem to have switched to libhandy-1, but
there doesn't seem to be a release with that dependency yet.
