[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] Phosh piuparts failure due to missing dep

Hi,
phosh failed the piuparts test:

  https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/source/p/phosh.html

due to phoc (>= 0.21.0) not being found. That required phoc version was
uploaded earlier and salsaci already found it for the piuparts test so I
thought it would be o.k. to push out phosh as well but it seems it was
too soon.

Could piuparts be retriggerd please?
