[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] Bug#1030128: phosh-core: should depend on gnome-bluetooth-sendto instead of old gnome-bluetooth

phosh-core currently depends on gnome-bluetooth, which since bullseye
only contains an old version of the bluetooth-sendto application.

A newer version of the same application is available in the
gnome-bluetooth-sendto package. Please consider updating the dependency
before bookworm (or drop it down to Recommends or Suggests if it isn't
sufficiently important).
