Well it means that people who have phosh-core installed are also going
to get phosh-osk-stub installed. If that's fine with you, then I guess
there isn't much of a bug here now.

However, I believe this situation needs to be fixed before the release
of Debian 13 "Trixie" because it's a violation of Debian Policy §
2.2.1 for the default (first) alternative dependency to not be in
Debian main.
