fixes this would be welcome. The sources contain packaging so

  sudo apt install git-extras
  git clone https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Phosh/phoc
  git mr 574
  DEB_BUILD_PROFILES="nocheck nodoc pkg.phoc.embedwlroots" dpkg-buildpackage -uc -us -rfakeroot  -b

should give an installable deb.
