Hi maintainers,

The build status of phoc is BD-Uninstallable for loong64 and other
architectures in the Debian Package Auto-Building environment.
More info is as follows,
```
Dependency installability problem for phoc on loong64:
phoc build-depends on missing:
- libwlroots-dev:loong64 (>= 0.17.0)
```
The full link can be found at
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=phoc&suite=sid.

My investigation is as follows,
1. For wlroots itself
Bofore updating wlroots from 0.17.4-1 to 0.18.1-1, phoc was built
successfully for all architectures.
Due to wlroots 0.18.1-1 provides libwlroots-0.18-dev (instead of
libwlroots-dev).
The details can be found at d/changelog from wlroots 0.18.1-1.
2. For ports
For official ports, the mirror includes old packages.
For unoffical ports, the mirror only includes the lastest packages.
So, phoc was built successfully for official ports.
The build status of phoc is BD-Uninstallable for loong64 and other
architectures.
3. Solution
Please take care of the d/control file in phoc packages.
```
  libwlroots-dev (>= 0.17.0),
  libwlroots-dev (<< 0.18~),
```

Best regards,
Dandan Zhang
