Hi!

Upstreamed release version 0.4.1 some time ago and it would be great to
have that in Debian.

I made an attempt at packaging that and you can find it here:
https://salsa.debian.org/diederik/wlr-randr/-/tree/debian/experimental

I didn't turn it into a MR for the following reasons:

1. I'd need to make 3 MRs for 3 different branches (AFAIK)
2. I thought the `upstream/0.4.1` tag would be signed with my key, but
   maybe you'd want that to be from a maintainer. But it appears that
   tag hasn't been signed at all.
3. I first copied the `gbp.conf` from the `eg25-manager` project, but
   adapted it to this projects branch names. I don't know if you'd want
   to change the branch names and thereby make the `gbp.conf` files
   identical to each other.

But hopefully my branch still contains something useful.
Feel free to grab what is useful and ignore what isn't :-)
