Both qrtr-tools and libqrtr1 are installed and at version 1.1-1.

Not only that: I rebuilt tqftpserv 1.1-1 from the Git tree in Salsa, dropping
the patch for /lib/firmware/updates (that is, removing the only line from
debian/patches/series), and it worked correctly again.
