[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] Bug#1104039: [upstream] Obsolete dependency on qrtr-ns.service

Hi!

I'm building Debian trixie images for Qualcomm RBx platforms (debos recipe:
https://github.com/qualcomm-linux/qcom-deb-images).

On RB1 boards which use an ath10k based WiFi (WCN3990), I need
qrtr-tools and tqftpserv for the WiFi to work.

tqftpserv's service file says:
Requires=qrtr-ns.service
After=qrtr-ns.service

but actually:
- there should have been a dependency on the package providing this service
- qrtr-ns is not actually needed with modern kernels on this generation of
hardware

Upstream dropped these references entirely in this recent commit:
https://github.com/linux-msm/tqftpserv/commit/cab8b18f9ac3c1f980e253c71f68130875f59c8e

Could you either integrate this patch, or take a new upstream snapshot?
