[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] Bug#1104083: [upstream] Obsolete dependency on qrtr-ns.service

Package: rmtfs
Version: 1.1-2

Hi!

I'm building Debian trixie images for Qualcomm RBx platforms (debos recipe:
https://github.com/qualcomm-linux/qcom-deb-images).

On RB1 boards which use an ath10k based WiFi (WCN3990), I need
qrtr-tools and tqftpserv for the WiFi to work.

rmtfs' service file says:
Requires=qrtr-ns.service
After=qrtr-ns.service

but actually:
- there should have been a dependency on the package providing this service
- qrtr-ns is not actually needed with modern kernels on this generation of
hardware

Upstream dropped these references entirely in this commit just after the
last upstream release about a year ago:
https://github.com/linux-msm/rmtfs/commit/44fcb2ec647ba4e56ab4d3ebea42f08aa71677f5

Could you either integrate this patch, or take a new upstream snapshot?

Thanks!
