The autopkgtests for rust-atk-sys-0.18 are failing with at-spi2-core
2.55.2 currently in Unstable. rust-atk-sys-0.18 does not fail to build
from source though.

I recommend disabling the cross_validate_constants_with_c test. We
have done this in several other Debian packages. Here's an example:

I believe you'll also need to apply the patch in debian/rules like this:
