[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] Bug#1099910: phrog should depend on gnome-session-bin and gnome-session-common

Dear maintainer,
TL,DR: phrog needs gnome-session-bin and gnome-session-common in order to start.
This is mainly an issue on not-GNOME systems, where these 2 packages are not guaranteed to be installed.
Please check [1] for the details.

As it can be seen in the linked issue, even having these 2 dependencies installed is not enough for phrog
to work smoothly, but that's likely a different issue.
