package feedbackd-device-themes failed to build
in this way:

  installed feedbackd package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 127
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of sbuild-build-depends-main-dummy:
  sbuild-build-depends-main-dummy depends on feedbackd (>= 0.0.2); however:
   Package feedbackd is not configured yet.

This happens because feedbackd should have Depends: adduser.
