[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] Bug#1118539: Will no longer be started with gnome-session 49

Once gnome-session 49 enters unstable/testing (currently in
experimental) squeekboard will no longer be started automatically
as the `RequriedComponents` session component is no longer
used.

I'll bump the severity of the bug once gnome-session enters unstable.
