Dear Maintainer,

phosh-full depends on libproxy1-plugin-networkmanager which is now just
a transition package for libproxy1v5.  It should be changed to depend
on libproxy1v5 directly.

phosh-core recommends libproxy1-plugin-networkmanager so that needs an
update as well.

v0.48 (in experimental) seems affected as well.
