The existing permissions were carried over, so Loïc and Robie have the 
same access level (Developer) as they used to, and this also applies to 
you Dmitry (Owner).

I've also setup the repo as we usually do in team repos, which is mostly 
identical to your previous settings (only added the requirement for all 
threads to be resolved for MRs, and added a few protected branch/tag names).

Speaking of branches, I've noticed you don't have a pristine-tar branch. 
Could you please consider creating one? This is common practice across 
the DebianOnMobile team, and ensures every bit of data we need to build 
the packages is present in git.
