Dear FTP Masters,

Please remove the source package osk-sdl from Unstable. It was depricated
upstream in 2023 and has been unmaintained since then. Unl0kr (src:buffybox)
exists in Debian as upstream's preferred replacement.

This will also resolve #1133213 and a number of user reports of osk-sdl no
longer working correctly.
