While looking into providing a patch for #1118904, I noticed that the 
libgirepository1.0-dev build-dependency is marked with <!nodoc>, but 
phosh builds and installs /usr/share/gir-1.0/Phosh-0.gir (and builds 
/usr/lib/*/girepository-1.0/Phosh-0.typelib, although that isn't 
packaged for whatever reason). My next thought was "I don't think that's 
going to compile successfully", and sure enough:
