Maybe both should conflict with each other, but the packages 
certainly need to coordinate.

Simple reproducer:

% mmdebstrap --arch=amd64 --chrooted-customize-hook="apt install -y --update debian-edu-config firefox-esr-mobile-config" forky /dev/null
