[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] Bug#1141645: fwupd: missing modem-manager plugin in bookworm-proposed-updates

Dear maintainers,

although I really appreciate your effort to bring an updated fwupd to 
bookworm, yet you have sacrificed the modem-manager plugin because unlike 
libqmi-glib-dev the dependencies libmbim-glib-dev and libmm-glib-dev are 
missing in debian/control which results in [1]:

Dependency mm-glib skipped: feature plugin_modem_manager disabled
Dependency qmi-glib skipped: feature plugin_modem_manager disabled
Dependency mbim-glib skipped: feature plugin_modem_manager disabled

I understand that the package modemmanager would need to be updated to 
version 1.22.0-3~ at least because of

libmm_glib = dependency('mm-glib', version: '>= 1.22.0', required: get_option('plugin_modem_manager'))

in plugins/modem-manager/meson.build:1 [2] which in turn would require to 
also update the packages libmbim to version 1.30.0-1~ at least and libqmi 
to version 1.34.0-2~ respectively.

Could you please consider to update modemmanager together with the 
libraries libmbim and libqmi for bookworm-backports at least and then 
provide a feature complete version of fwupd in bookworm-backports as 
an option?
