sip: Depend on gstreamer >= 1.20
This allows us to drop a couple of ifdefs and
even Debian oldstable (bookworm) has 1.22.

media-playback: Don't leave dangling data pointer
When the playback was cancelled we never NULLed
the data_{calling,busy} pointers leading to segfaults.
Move the free_playback_data() function below the definition of the
CallsMediaPlayback struct, so that it knows which members there are.

flatpak: Pin gom to 0.5.6
gom's master branch no longer exists, so fetching it fails and breaks
the Flatpak build. The 0.5 series continues on the gom-0-5 branch,
while main is now gom 2.0, which isn't API compatible. Pin the latest
0.5 release instead.

data: Update bugtracker URL from /issues to /-/work_items
GitLab's /issues path now redirects to /-/work_items in browsers,
but returns HTTP 404 for non-browser user-agents (curl, wget,
libsoup). This breaks appstreamcli validate which checks URL
reachability.

calls-mm-origin: Don't allow to create multiple calls
Calls currently does not support multiple simultaneous calls.
Don't attempt to set up a new call just to hang it up soon afterwards.
