[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] Bug#1147476: tuba: Build with UnifiedPush support

Dear Maintainer,

I think it'd be great if the package would be built with support for
UnifiedPush, which was added [0] recently with version 0.11.0.  Tuba uses
unifiedpush-rs [1] which may need packaging beforehand.
