this i not that simple, the idea now is to find the right combination of node library(ies) which produce a fixed index.html file.
then to fix the Debian assemblage and/or patch jupyterlab to accomodate this.

and I think that we will find other issues :)).

the 4.0.x upstream branch already contain backported fixes (but this is another story)
