Hi Emmanuel,

I moved maintenance to "Debian PAN maintainer". Both PAN and Science 
team have no group on salsa, that's why I proposed "debian/" Salsa group 
which is the receptacle of all little teams and individuals. Python 
maybe not really a good candidate since the complexity of the package is 
on JS side I think.
