Dear Clement,
I am not sure I understand your question.
ExaML neither supports GPUs, nor OpenCL.
More importantly, ExaML is not supported any more as all of its
functionality has been integrated into RAxML-NG by now:

In addition to this we do not have any plans at present to port RAxML-NG
to GPUs as our numerical kernels don't scale that well on GPUs to
justify the programming effort.
