[Debian-pan-maintainers] Push ROCm and Pocl autopkgtest for pkg Sasmodels

Thanks for working on the packages Clément.
In principle fine to proceed as far as I'm concerned.  Stuart is deeper 
in the SASModels code than I am so let him give the thumbs up.

Can you confirm that the patched package works fine also on "normal" 
systems without a GPU?
