[Debian-pan-maintainers] SOLEIL Packaging: 'maintainer' in 'debian/control'

Hi all,

In order to keep track of our X-ray scientific software packaging, it 
would probably be a good idea to keep coherent with the 'maintainer' 
entry of the control files. This will allow to follow the status of 
packages via automatic and manual emails.

Is it possible to update the debian/control file in the repos that have 
been pushed, to mention:

  * |Maintainer: ||Debian PaN Maintainers
    <debian-pan-maintainers at alioth-lists.debian.net>|

Then, you can mention yourself among the Uploaders.

BTW, now that iFEFFit is pushed into SID unstable, it is possible to put 
back 'horae' <https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/horae> to NEW.
