[Debian-rtc-admin] prosody mod_auth_ha1

Hi,

finally I got access to vogler.debian.org and access to the prosody
configs and logs.

> Nov 03 16:48:06 debian.org:auth_ha1     error   Invalid username on line 206 of auth file, skipping


for the version included with prosody-modules we need to add this to the
/etc/prosody/prosody.cfg.lua file

auth_ha1_use_ha1b = true
auth_ha1_realm='rtc.debian.org'

in order to get /var/local/rtc-passwords.prosody loaded properly
