we won't be using the admin_telnet module, for now we'll add all members
of the debvoip team to the admin parameter. debvoip_admins.patch

the members are retrieved dynamically using a puppet fact, so it'll be
always up-to-date. fact.patch

this is gone as it depends on the admin_telnet module

I'm adding one more patch that enables the firewall module
https://modules.prosody.im/mod_firewall.html

prosody will start just fine if the firewall config is not in place,
even if the directories do not exist.

I've requested to close RT#8037 as it is outdated. We'll deploy the
antispam rules from our personal accounts to /srv/prosody, with proper
umask and the sticky bit prosody will be able to read them.

since vogler is restricted to debvoip there is no risk of the antispam
rules leaking

thanks!
