This mailinglist is configured to withhold suspect email for manual 
screening.

Anyone interested in moderating such withheld messages 
please contact debian-rtc-team-owner at alioth-lists.debian.net

P.S. For comparison, the old -admin list rejected suspect email without 
screening.  Screening is obviously more work but in my experience do 
catch some false positives.
