Hi all,

Please subscribe to the list from the same email address(es) that you 
use to post to the list.

That way you avoid delays until your posts are screened for spam, and 
you avoid bothering me doing that screening :-)

If you use multiple email addresses and only want to receive a single 
copy, you can configure the additional subscriptions to not send mail.
