Since last tuesday prosody's configuration is managed using DSA's 
puppet.
All ppl with access to vogler has access to read prodosy config files.  

here [1] is the code on salsa, if we want to make changes we need to
send patches to DSA and they'll merge into their puppet, 30 minutes
afterwards (at most) the change will be live.

now that the initial patches are accepted by DSA, i'll start 
experimenting with anti-spam (debacle gave me access to a great 
resource, thanks) measures  and http uploads

looking forward to ear from others what's needed, nice to have, etc from
our jabber service
