[Debian-rtc-admin] Debian RT Increase vogler's amount of memory

hello DSA!

after adding antispam rules to prosody on vogler its memory usage grew
considerably

you can check the difference after 2020-01-16 20:15 in munin

ram usage went from ~400M to ~800M


I think we're fine with the cpu at the moment but 1G of ram more would help
