[Debian-rtc-admin] prosody setup

Hi there

I noticed our debian.org xmpp server lacks some modern features.

Here are what I think we could add:
   * MAM for MUC (should be straightforward)
   * bosh/websockets with HTTP lookup method cf. XEP-0156
   * external service discovery, XEP-0215 (is there a turn/stun service 
we can use?)

I cannot check the current setup (no access to vogler) and I don't speak 
puppet but I'm willing to help to make these changes.
