[Debian-rtc-admin] Progress on rt ticket #8605

Hello DSAs!

We recently made some progress regarding rt#8605, about the xmpp server
setup on vogler [0]. We got rid of an unmaintained puppet module, it'll
ease maintenance for both DSA and RTC.

We believe changes we have made are ready to be merge/applied, can someone
have a look at these [1]?
