[Debian-rtc-admin] [rt.debian.org #8880] Set a CNAME record in debian.org

Do we know why the existing _xmpp-server._tcp.conference.debian.org entry is not sufficient? Per my understanding and https://prosody.im/doc/dns it should be. We also have _xmpp-client._tcp.conference.debian.org in there, which I think should be removed. I'd be reluctant to add a CNAME for conference if we can avoid it.
