[Debian-salsa-ci] Lintian errors on ffmpeg

Hi Santiago,
well, from my point of view it is better to use the current lintian
the version which is available in the corresponding release, not the
latest one.
If we are working with stable/oldstable/oldoldstable and older versions
we do have to disable or override lintian warnings because the main
work with those releases is just security and some other important fixes.
Maybe it makes sense to add a variable to choose the newer lintian
version if somebody needs it. But it can be too complicated.
Thanks a lot for caring about salsa-ci! It is really useful and convenient!
Best regards
Anton
