Why would you like to do that? I suppose you can use uversionmangle (see
uscan(1)), but I'd avoid adding noise.
Why don't you just follow tags/releases?
Also, I am afraid this kind of question falls out of the scope of Salsa
CI. I think you would fine more useful help on, e.g., debian-mentors:
