[Debian-salsa-ci] Update the name of the generated deb package name

Hello,

Also if version bump is enabled using variable:
SALSA_CI_DISABLE_VERSION_BUMP: 0

Even then the package name is always libzl_0.5-1-1+salsaci_armhf.deb
and not libzl_0.5-1-1+salsaci.1_armhf.deb,
libzl_0.5-1-1+salsaci.2_armhf.deb

Is there anything I am missing here?
