Lintian currently FTBFS on experimental, due to unmet dependencies. From

For the record, the salsa-ci's lintian:experimental image, that doesn't
builds, only install lintian, has been unable to be updated for some
time, due to similar unmet dependencies problems. E.g.:

I am considering temporarily disabling the lintian:experimental build
image job.
