[Debian-salsa-ci] Reporting a repo accidentally created on the team group in Salsa

I have accidentally created a repo on the team group while I intended to create
it on my account.

Sorry for that.

It was intended to be used to create a dummy package for Salsa CI with
requirements
specified in this issue:
https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/issues/249

Feel free to remove it (I don't have permission to do that myself). It can also
be kept to host the dummy package later.
