[Debian-salsa-ci] Salsa CI Matrix chat room

Hi!

I just noticed we seem to have a chat room at

I joined it now. Seems there are users asking for help occasionally.
It would probably be good for us to hang around there in case people
want to use Salsa CI and they are asking for help. Chat may have a
lower barrier of entry than the mailing list.
