[Debian-salsa-ci] I want to help

Hey All,

My name is Lev and I want to help. :) 

I read about this team in the most recent bits from the DPL post [1]. 

I've been working in CI for about 10 years now and would like to get
more involved with debian. I worked at CircleCI for several years, and
have experience with Gitlab, GHA, Jenkins, and others. I'm currently
working at Dagger which is an open source project that allows you define
pipelines as code. As a part of that work I regularly interact with every
imaginable CI system. 

I am hoping to take some of this experience and funnel it back into
debian. I've been using debian since 6.0, and have made some minor
contributions over the years, but I'd like to get even more involved and
this feels like a great place to start based on my experience. 

I checked here[2] for any Newcomer issues but did not find any. Any tips
on how to get more involved?
