[Debian-salsa-ci] Should we have regular meetings?

I think is a good idea have some meetings (irc or video call). I
participated in one or two meeting in DebMed Team and they are useful.
It would be great to know what is the priority, what issues need
attention, and it's a good to mark a horizon. That also help to newcomer
(like me) that they want to participate but they don't if is a good idea
take the issue X or Y and their dependencies.
