You can run reprotest with diffoscope and/or running it atomically, as
described at:
https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/#customize-reprotest
so you can investigate why it is not reproducible.

If tests.r-b.o says it is OK, they are probably right.
